2. General Conditions governing use of the site and the services offered

The use of the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of the general conditions set out below. These conditions may be amended or augmented at any time, thus users of the site are advised to check them regularly.

The site is normally accessible to users at any time. However, may decide to interrupt access to carry out technical maintenance, in which case it shall make the effort to previously notify the users of the date and time of the intervention.

The site is updated regularly by the communication service of the Le Gouessant Aquaculture company. In the same way, the legal notices may be updated at any time : they are binding to the user, who is therefore advised to check them as often as possible.

Le Gouessant Aquaculture will not be considered as responsible for material damages connected to the use of the Website. Furthermore, site users undertake to access the site using modern hardware that does not contain any viruses with an updated latest generation browser.

5. Intellectual property rights and counterfeiting

The site is an intellectual work protected by current intellectual property law. Le Gouessant Aquaculture retains ownership of the intellectual property rights or holds rights over the general structure of the site, as well as all the other elements that are accessible on the site, notably text, animated or fixed images, drawings, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, programs.

Le Gouessant Aquaculture cannot be held responsible for any damage direct or indirect caused to the users equipment when accessing the Le Gouessant Aquaculture website, either due to using hardware that does not meet the specifications stated in point  4, or due to the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Le Gouessant Aquaculture cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the website.

Interactive zones (the possibility to ask questions in the contact zone) are available to users. Le Gouessant Aquaculture reserves the right, within the framework of its interactive services, to suppress immediately and without prior formal notice, any content of any type whatsoever, which might be in breach of the laws and regulations in force in France. If applicable, Le Gouessant Aquaculture reserves the right to initiate proceedings which may incur the civil or criminal liability of the User, notably in the case of a message being posted that is either racist, libellous or of a violent, defamatory , or pornographic nature or anything detrimental to human dignity, irrespective of the medium used (text, photographic…).

No personal information of a site user, is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, shared with or sold to any third party, with the exception of companies in the LE GOUESSANT group.
